EXCLUSIVE: Yolanda Hadid Quietly Delists $11 Million Pennsylvania Farm—as Former Reality Star U-Turns on Plans To Sell

Former reality star Yolanda Hadid has quietly removed her iconic Pennsylvania farmhouse from the market once again—just three months after the sprawling property was relisted for $10.88 million, having "fallen out of escrow."

Hadid, 62, first brought the sprawling 30-acre sanctuary to the market in September 2025, explaining at the time that she was ready to pass on stewardship of the historic property. Just over a month later, the farm came under offer—however, that deal later fell through, prompting the former model to delist the dwelling altogether.

She later explained that she came to see the failed sale of the Bucks County property as a "gift" that allowed her and her family—including supermodel daughters Gigi and Bella Hadid—to spend more time there, particularly during the holiday season.

After carrying out more updates to the farm while it remained off the market, including the addition of more than 3,000 lavender plants, Hadid relisted the property in April with the same asking price. But by June 26, property records had been updated to reflect that this listing has also been "withdrawn."

A source close to the mother of three explained to Realtor.com® that Hadid has made the decision to "hold on to the property for now." It is unclear whether she will return it to the market at a later date.

Interestingly, the delisting came just three days after it was reported that Hadid was engaged to real estate mogul Randy Kendrick—who is primarily based in Texas, where his new fiancée also owns a property.

It's unclear whether Hadid's relationship with Kendrick, which has remained largely out of the spotlight, had any impact on her decision to remove her Pennsylvania property from the market.

Hadid has made very clear her strong ties to her longtime Bucks County retreat, which she purchased for $3.99 million in 2017, soon after her split from music mogul David Foster.

In a statement shared when the property was first listed, the former model—who was born in Holland—said she stumbled across the home during a particularly difficult time in her life, having spent years struggling with grueling symptoms caused by her Lyme disease diagnosis. She knew instantly that the property would provide the "sanctuary" she was seeking.

"Eight years ago, after my divorce and years of battling chronic neurological Lyme disease, I needed to get away from the noise of city life," she explained. "I longed for a sanctuary where I could heal and reconnect with Mother Earth just the way I grew up in Holland.

"When I found the farm, I instantly fell in love. ... There were no gates at that time, so I parked on the main road and walked down the long driveway. The energy was unbelievable. I instantly knew I was home even before I saw the buildings."

She went on to detail how the property became a true retreat, not just for her, but also for her three children—models Gigi and Bella, and her son, Anwar Hadid—providing them with a "safe haven" as they grappled with their own dizzying ascents to global fame.

Hadid recalled Gigi, 31, who now owns her own home not far from the family farm, and Bella, 29, being able to escape to the property, where they could indulge their love of horseback riding away from the cameras—without having to travel too far from New York City, where much of their work was based.

"Bella and Gigi riding their horses bareback around the farm and training in the jumping arena in such close proximity from New York and their very busy careers," she shared.

"It truly is a slice of heaven, a sanctuary, and our safe haven," the mother of three shared about the property, which has become known as the Yolanda Hadid Family Farm.

The home's original listing further emphasized the feeling of safety and security that the family has enjoyed during the eight years that they have owned the property. The equestrian estate gave them a sanctuary where they were able to spend time together during the COVID-19 pandemic.

"For the Hadid family, the farm became a safe haven: a place where barefoot planting in the mud during lockdown turned into lifelong memories, where music was recorded in the barn, and where horseback rides through lavender fields offered escape from the pressures of global careers," it stated.

"Holidays by the fire, family dinners farm-to-table, and serene moments of reflection made this estate more than a home; it became a sanctuary of love, healing, and heritage. Now offered for the first time in nearly a decade, The Yolanda Hadid Family Farm is ready for its next custodians.

When the property was relisted, a new listing description shied away from showcasing the property's A-list connections and instead focused on the rich history of the farm.

"An extraordinary Solebury estate harbors more than three centuries of history, beauty, and preservation," it noted.

"First deeded in 1682 by William Penn to Nicholas Waln, the land remained untouched until 1713, when wheelwright John Skelton purchased it for forty-six pounds. By 1832, the Bucks County Intelligencer described it as 'a splendid Bucks County farm,' and nearly two centuries later it remains just that—an iconic farmstead where heritage, nature, and refined living converge."

In the years since it was last put on the market, Yolanda Hadid has transformed the property in more ways than one, helping to restore its rolling fields of lavender and overseeing the redesign of several structures on the picturesque land.

"Restoring the farm has been a labor of love," Hadid previously told Realtor.com.

At the heart of the estate is a three-bedroom stone farmhouse built in 1810 that was extensively renovated with a "modern European" aesthetic.

The home's interiors were, according to information previously shared with Realtor.com, designed entirely by Hadid and elegantly blend "historic character with bright, functional, and modern finishes."

In addition to its three bedrooms, the main residence boasts several "gracious living and dining spaces" as well as five fireplaces that help to give it a "warm" feeling throughout.

There are three additional residences on the property: a two-bedroom, one-bathroom abode known as Lavender Cottage; a one-bedroom, one-bathroom dwelling called Corn Crib Cottage; and the carriage house, which has one bedroom and one bathroom.

These residences, each with a full kitchen, were renovated by Hadid to provide each of her children with their own space when they visit.

"Having three absolutely chic and gorgeous carriage houses on the estate is incredibly unique," listing agent Revi Haviv previously noted. "The versatility of the structures lends itself to such a wide range of uses, and they are conveniently finished with the utmost fashion."

Meanwhile, a stone barn that was built in 1776 and initially used as a "working agricultural structure" has been turned into an 8,000-square-foot "entertainment space and gym." Also, an additional flat barn has been rebuilt and now serves as a professional equestrian facility.

Elsewhere on the picture-perfect land, visitors will find a resort-style pool, a restored springhouse that has been converted into a "wine and lavender oil cellar for quiet evenings watching the sunset," a "meditation labyrinth," and bountiful vegetable gardens—in addition to several acres of lavender fields.

Many of those lavender plants were installed by Hadid and her children during the pandemic lockdown, with the former Bravo star revealing on Instagram in May 2020 that they had finished adding more than 3,000 plants to the land, while sharing images of the process.

"This is a luxury turnkey farm property that offers everything one could ask for: private, picturesque country land, an incredible stone bank barn in perfect condition, three fashionable guest cottages, a charming historic stone farmhouse, lavender fields, equestrian ring, and more," Haviv said of the property.

While Hadid also owns a sprawling estate in Texas, she is reported to have purchase another property in the New Hope area, with Page Six previously reporting that she had snapped up a new, smaller abode in the same neighborhood as her farm—a 7,700-square-foot mansion that was touted as offering the "utmost sophistication and privacy," and that last changed hands in July 2025 for $4.25 million.

Despite that property being offered with a newly renovated interior courtesy of famed designer Timothy Summers Bailey, the outlet reported that Hadid was carrying out a significant overhaul of her new home, which one neighbor said involved "ripping out floors, lighting, fixtures."

"People are driving by and picking up all the unused designer cast-offs in her trash," one so-called spy told the publication anonymously. "It's a small town. People are talking."

Hadid has long had a passion for interior design, revealing in a 2024 interview with Architectural Digest how she carefully overhauled her Texas ranch, where she had previously lived with her former fiancé, Joseph Jingoli, whom she split from in January 2025.

Hadid, who was previously married to real estate developer Mohamed Hadid, before going on to tie the knot with music producer Foster, explained in a video tour for the outlet that she designed every element of the home herself, creating a modern cowboy ranch that features a wild spread of amenities.

"My overall vision for this house was industrial, modern, enjoying life, put your boots up on the table, and just enjoy this beautiful Texas," she said.
