Dezer targets broader market with North Miami residential development
The Dezer father-son team is moving forward with Dezerland Park West after the proposed 586-unit project in North Miami was unanimously approved by the city’s planning board. Sunny Isles Beach-based Dezer Development, led by Michael Dezer and son Gil Dezer, is planning a two-building residential development for the 4.44-acre site at 1890 Northeast 146th Street, the South Florida Business Journal reported. The site is currently used as a truck parking lot.
