Coastland locks in $85M loan for first phase of 1K-unit project on Bird Road
A developer scored an $84.5 million construction loan for the first portion of its planned roughly 1,000-unit development along Bird Road in west Miami-Dade County. Miami-based Coastland Residential plans the eight-story Vybe 75 with 366 units at 4383 Southwest 75th Avenue, according to the developer’s news release. The site is in an unincorporated area of the county, across the street from Tropical Park. PNC Bank is the lender, the developer’s spokesperson said.
