Centaur sells Panther National for $191M in South Florida’s biggest golf course trade this year

Centaur Holdings sold its Panther National golf course in Palm Beach Gardens for $191.2 million in one of South Florida’s largest golf course sales in recent years.  An affiliate of the Switzerland-based investment holding company sold the 392-acre property at 10391 Panther National Boulevard to an entity linked to Texas-based Ohana Real Estate Investors, the South Florida Business Journal reported.
