Celine Dion’s former waterfront estate in Jupiter is under contract to a new buyer, topping new pending sales activity in Palm Beach County.  Buyers signed 25 contracts between May 11 and May 17 for luxury properties in Palm Beach County, according to a report by Douglas Elliman’s Eklund-Gomes team.
