British investor bags $72M for Palm Beach mansion in year’s first trophy deal
British investor Pamela W. Starret sold a lakefront estate in Palm Beach for $72 million, marking one of the first trophy deals on the island this year. Starret sold the mansion at 1460 North Lake Way to an undisclosed buyer in an off-market sale. Gary Pohrer with Serhant represented the seller, and Margit Brandt with Premier Estate Properties brought the buyer. The deal hasn’t yet appeared in public records and was first reported by the Wall Street Journal.
