Bristol condo asking $15M tops Palm Beach County signed contracts
A greeting-card mogul and philanthropist found a buyer for his West Palm Beach condo asking $15 million in the priciest new contract of the week. Palm Beach County buyers signed 16 luxury contracts between Sept. 28 and Oct. 4, according to Douglas Elliman’s Eklund Gomes team, which tracks all residential listings countywide with an asking price of $3 million and above. The contracts reflect more mid-market luxury sales, totaling about $96 million in asking volume. The week prior, 14 contracts were signed for $111 million in volume.
