BREAKING: Construction accident at Witkoff’s Ocean Terrace
A construction worker was sent to the hospital after a partial collapse of the façade at one of Witkoff’s buildings in Miami Beach Friday morning. The accident occurred at the building at 7430 Ocean Terrace in North Beach, according to a spokesperson for the city. The building’s structural engineer was on site assessing the structure, and the injured construction worker was sent to Jackson Memorial Hospital. The building was otherwise vacant, according to the city. Property records show the two-story building was constructed in 1951 and was a motel/hotel with 39 units.
