Bon appetit! Moishe Mana buys Wynwood building leased to Pastis for $25M
Moishe Mana’s hunger for Wynwood properties took another forkful, as he recently bought a building leased to Pastis Miami for $24.5 million. Mana, Wynwood’s largest landowner, acquired a ground lease and a single-story 13,000-square-foot building at 380 Northwest 26th Street, Tony Arellano and Devlin Marinoff with Dwntwn Realty Advisors told The Real Deal. They brokered the transaction on behalf of the buyer and the seller, David Edelstein’s New York-based TriCap. Mana paid roughly $1,850 per square foot.
