Boca Raton mansion asking $14M tops Palm Beach County luxury contracts
A Boca Raton mansion with an asking price of $14 million is under contract, with a land trust for the property and trustee Dennis Lynde as the sellers. That’s one of 17 contracts buyers signed in Palm Beach County between Aug. 24 and Aug. 30, according to Douglas Elliman’s Eklund Gomes team, which tracks all listings countywide with an asking price of $3 million and above.
