Billionaire Apollo co-founder’s hedge fund, concierge medicine firm take leases in Miami Design District trophy office
Craig Robins’ Miami Design District Associates and Bippy Siegal’s Raycliff Capital scored two high-profile office leases at Sweetbird North, their trophy office-retail project that just started construction. Billionaire Apollo Global Management co-founder Josh Harris’ private equity firm took an undisclosed amount of space in the project, at 95 Northeast 40th Street. And a membership-based medical practice and research company signed for 55,000 square feet across the building’s fourth and fifth floors, according to an announcement from MDDA and Raycliff.
