Bachow, partners greenlit for more resi units in downtown Fort Lauderdale
Noah Bachow and partners won city approval to build 20 percent more multifamily units at 11 Andrews Avenue, a 27-story mixed-use development in downtown Fort Lauderdale. The Fort Lauderdale City Commission unanimously voted Tuesday to approve the developers’ proposals to raise the number of units from 316 to 378, and to approve the development’s design in Fort Lauderdale’s high-density downtown zoning district. The commission approved the density increase by allocating 62 “flex units” from a city-wide inventory of about 1,300.
