Auto insurance exec finds buyer for West Palm Beach waterfront mansion
Auto insurance executive John Rost found a buyer for his West Palm Beach waterfront home asking $26.5 million, marking the priciest new contract for Palm Beach County. Buyers signed 14 luxury contracts between Sept. 21 and Sept. 27, according to Douglas Elliman’s Eklund Gomes team, which tracks all residential listings countywide with an asking price of $3 million and above. The contracts totaled $111.3 million in asking volume, with 12 contracts going to single-family homes and two for condos.
