Developer Alex Sapir and his estranged wife are under contract to sell their waterfront Miami Beach home, just a month before their contentious divorce heads to trial. The Venetian Islands estate, at 126 West San Marino Drive, is asking nearly $36 million. The sale was marked pending on Sept. 11, a day after a hearing occurred in the case, though the contract was signed Aug. 22, according to court filings.
