Admiral’s Cove mansion leads Palm Beach luxury contracts at $19M
A mansion in Jupiter’s Admirals Cove topped Palm Beach County’s luxury market last week, landing a $19 million contract. Buyers signed 19 contracts between June 15 and 21, according to the weekly report by Douglas Elliman’s Eklund-Gomes team, which tracks listings in Palm Beach County above $3 million. The previous report, published the last week of May, recorded 25 contracts totaling $227 million in asking dollar volume.
