Zach Witkoff sells Ritz Miami Beach villa to Todd, Alexia Nepola
Crypto investor Zach Witkoff sold a villa at the Ritz-Carlton Residences, Miami Beach to retail investor Todd Nepola and his ex-wife, Alexia Nepola, of “The Real Housewives of Miami” fame, The Real Deal has learned. The Nepolas paid $5.3 million for the 4,185-square-foot home on North Meridian Avenue, according to a source. Todd Nepola represented himself in the deal, according to the MLS. Douglas Elliman’s Devin Kay represented the seller. Kay declined to comment. The three-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bathroom villa is one of the detached homes that was part of the Ritz Miami Beach development.
