Worker critically injured at Estate’s North Miami Beach construction site
A worker was critically injured after falling at Estate Companies’ apartment tower construction site in North Miami Beach, authorities said. Shortly after 9:30 a.m. on Monday, Miami-Dade Fire Rescue responded to a medical call at 16375 Biscayne Boulevard, where two men were injured, fire rescue said. One of the men was electrocuted, which caused the second man to “fall in a scaffolding approximately nine stories,” according to the city of North Miami Beach Police Department, which also responded to the scene.
