Vivian Dimond’s oceanfront Manalapan spec mansion asking for $59.9 million found a buyer, marking the latest pricey contract in Palm Beach County this season. Buyers signed 32 contracts between March 2 and March 8 for luxury properties in Palm Beach County, according to Douglas Elliman’s Eklund-Gomes team.
