Violist David Aaron Carpenter and his family of violin dealers and art collectors found a buyer for their waterfront Golden Beach assemblage, asking $60 million. The pending deal marks the most expensive of 29 contracts signed in Miami-Dade County between Jan. 19 and Jan. 25, according to the latest Eklund-Gomes report.
