Venezuelan oil mogul lists Key Biscayne manse for $20M
Venezuelan oil executive Alain J. Viergutz listed his waterfront mansion in Key Biscayne for $19.8 million, three days after U.S. Army Delta Force commandos captured President Nicolás Maduro and his wife in a night raid. Viergutz tapped One Sotheby’s International Realty agent Lucia Marin to list his home at 100 Cape Florida Drive on Jan. 6, according to Redfin. Mansion Global first reported the listing. Viergutz is president of Grupo Centec, a services firm in the Venezuelan oil industry. He was formerly president of the Venezuelan Oil Chamber, according to published reports.
