Under contract: Al Capone’s former Miami Beach property

The waterfront property that once belonged to the late mobster Al Capone will soon have a new owner.  The pending deal for the property, asking $23.5 million, is one of 18 luxury home contracts signed in Miami-Dade County between April 27 and May 3, according to the weekly report by Douglas Elliman’s Eklund-Gomes team.  The report tracks listings of homes and condos asking $4 million and up in Miami-Dade that are included in the Multiple Listing Service.
