Two waterfront homes asking $39M top signed contracts in Miami-Dade
The sellers of two waterfront homes in Miami Beach and Golden Beach, each asking $39 million, found buyers last week. The pending deals are tied for the priciest of 27 contracts signed in Miami-Dade County between Feb. 16 and Feb. 22, according to the latest Eklund-Gomes report. It tracks listings of homes and condos asking $4 million and up in Miami-Dade that are included in the Multiple Listing Service. The properties spent 171 days on the market, on average.
