Tiffany Trump Reveals Rare Glimpse at Baby Son Alexander as She Travels to New York To Spend Time With Mom Marla Maples

President Donald Trump's daughter, Tiffany Trump, has shared a rare glimpse at her baby son, Alexander Trump Boulos, while enjoying a mother-son outing in New York City over the weekend.

Tiffany, 31, who welcomed her first-born child with husband Michael Boulos on May 15, traveled to the Big Apple to spend some time with her mom, Marla Maples, who happily posted a photo of them all taken inside a Manhattan high rise.

In the image, Marla, 61, who was married to President Trump from 1993 until 1999, can be seen proudly holding onto her grandson, who is staring into the camera, while his mother holds onto his hand.

"Sending Sunday Blessings and Love your way," Marla wrote in the caption of the Instagram snap. "Thank you God. Great is thy faithfulness."

It marks one of only a handful of occasions that Tiffany—who lives in Palm Beach, FL, with her husband and child—has shown her baby boy online since he was born and is the first time that she has posed with him since returning from London, where she joined her father on an official state visit.

Tiffany, who was accompanied by her husband on the trip, was the only one of Trump's children to join him on the visit, with Ivanka and her husband, Jared Kushner, remaining in Miami, while Don Jr. and Eric were busy manning the fort as the heads of their father's Trump Organization.

The president's youngest child, Barron, 19, had already returned to his studies at New York University, having transferred to the school's Washington, DC, campus for his sophomore year.

Since her father's first presidency came to an end, Tiffany has largely withdrawn from the spotlight, relocating to Florida along with many of Trump's other children.

She and Michael cemented their connection to the Sunshine State in November 2022, when they tied the knot at Trump's Mar-a-Lago resort, where all of the Trump children were on-hand to show their support—with Ivanka serving as one of her half-sister's bridesmaids at the event.

Her pregnancy was then revealed by her father at an October 2024 campaign event in Detroit, where he announced to the world that Tiffany and Michael were expecting their first child.

Trump shared the happy news after spotting Michael's father, Dr. Massad Boulos, in the audience, singling him out and saying: "He happens to be the father of Tiffany's husband, Michael, who's a very exceptional guy.

"And she's an exceptional young woman. And she's going to have a baby. So that's nice."

Tiffany later celebrated the impending arrival of her baby boy at a shower thrown by her sister, Ivanka, in Florida in April, sharing sweet images from the event on her Instagram account.

"Such a special day celebrating our very soon to be son!" she wrote. "1 month to go! Thank you to my big sis Ivanka for planning the most beautiful baby shower, we love you."

Tiffany and Ivanka appear to have grown particularly close since they both relocated to Florida in the wake of their father's first presidency—with several of his children opting to settle down in the Sunshine State.

Ivanka and Jared initially moved into a luxury condo in the Surfside neighborhood of Miami, where they lived for several years while waiting for their custom-built megamansion on Indian Creek Island to be completed.

The couple originally purchased the land on which their home now sits in April 2021—and quickly set about a drastic renovation of the six-bedroom, 8.5-bathroom compound that previously occupied the parcel. They took it down to the studs to create their dream sanctuary.

Images of the home reveal that it has now been transformed into one of the most enviable properties in the exclusive neighborhood, which is known as the "Billionaire Bunker" thanks to its residents' incredible wealth.

Property records reveal that Ivanka and Kushner took out a $15 million mortgage to purchase the home, which comes with a private boat dock and staggering views of Biscayne Bay.

The family has since moved into their enormous abode, which is located in the same exclusive community as Tom Brady and Jeff Bezos' homes.

Meanwhile, Eric and his wife, Lara Trump, reside in Jupiter, FL, just a few minutes' drive from a home owned by Don Jr. and his former fiancée, Kimberly Guilfoyle, from whom he split at the end of 2024.

Kimberly was later appointed as the U.S. Ambassador to Greece by President Trump and is set to relocate to Athens after spending time in DC meeting with other politicians.

It is currently unclear what will become of Don Jr. and Guilfoyle's former abode, which records indicate is deeded in both of their names.

The former couple purchased the property together for $9.7 million in March 2021, two months after Trump left the White House following his 2020 election loss to Joe Biden.

According to the original listing, the six-bedroom, 5.5-bathroom home underwent a "massive update" before it was purchased by the Trump family scion and his ex-partner.

Located in the upscale neighborhood of Admirals Cove, the home boasts proximity to a golf course and a marina, and is only a 30-minute drive from the Mar-a-Lago resort.
