Sports medicine doctor finds buyer for Bear’s Club estate

Dr. Armin Oskouei, who bought Billy Joel’s oceanfront Manalapan mansion for $42.6 million two years ago, found a buyer for his Bear’s Club estate asking $32.5 million.  It was the top luxury contract signed in Palm Beach County last week. Buyers signed 32 contracts between Feb. 16 and Feb. 22 for luxury properties in Palm Beach County, according to Douglas Elliman’s Eklund-Gomes team.
