🏆 Residential: The top home sale recorded in South Florida was in Coral Gables, where a single-family home at 9001 Banyan Drive changed hands for $11.7 million, or more than $1,200 per square foot. The seller was an LLC managed by Felipe MacLean, founder and CEO of Miami-based hospitality developer Yntegra Group, and the buyer was Alexandra Balogh.
