🏆 Commercial: Coral Springs had the top commercial deal to hit records in the tri-county region. The Turtle Crossing shopping center at 4400 North State Road 7 sold for $37.5 million. The seller was an LLC tied to Dallas-based Crow Holdings, and the buyer was an LLC linked to Sunny Isles Beach-based RK Centers.
