🏆 Residential: The most expensive home sale recorded in South Florida was in Boca Raton, where a waterfront, single-family home at 368 South Maya Palm Drive changed hands for $9.2 million. The seller was a trust tied to Gerard Reidel, and the buyer was a trust tied to Gary Kain. The home was built in the 1960s and has three bedrooms and three bathrooms across 2,300 square feet.
