Violet Hill Development Company Ltd., which is tied to late McDonald’s franchisee George Cohen, sold the mansion to Elland Properties LLC. The property spans about 8,600 square feet and has six bedrooms and seven and a half bathrooms; it sits next to another lot that the estate also recently sold.
