🏆 Residential: The most expensive home sale to hit records in South Florida was Mark Zuckerberg and Priscilla Chan’s purchase of a waterfront mansion on a 2-acre estate at 7 Indian Creek Road for $170 million. The sellers of the 28,000-square-foot home, which is under construction, were cosmetic surgeon Dr. Aaron Rollins and his wife Marine Rollins.
