🏆 Residential: The priciest home sale in South Florida was in Delray Beach, where Edward Farscht, CEO of wireless communications infrastructure firm Diamond Communications, and his wife, Lynn Jaeger, parted with a home at 733 North Ocean Boulevard for $19.2 million. The buyer was a trust tied to Maurice and Christina Sciammas. Maurice Sciammas is an executive at Monolithic Power Systems.
