🏆 Residential: The priciest home sale in South Florida was at the Four Seasons Residences at the Surf Club at 9111 Collins Avenue in Surfside, as ex-Starbucks CEO Howard Shultz’s purchase of a penthouse there for $44 million hit records. The unit spans 5,500 square feet and has four bedrooms, seven bathrooms and a 4,100-square-foot rooftop terrace. The seller was Stockbridge Holdings, which paid 418 million for the pad in 2018. Ximena Penuela’s Fort Realty had the listing, and Liz Hogan at Compass brought the buyer.
