South Florida merger to create largest Realtors’ association
The Miami Association of Realtors is merging with the Broward, Palm Beaches & St. Lucie Realtors into the largest local such association in the National Association of Realtors’ history. The two organizations expect the merger will close May 11, co-CEOs Teresa King Kinney and Dionna Hall said. King Kinney previously announced her plans to retire at the end of the year after more than three decades in a leadership role. Effective Jan. 1, 2027, Hall will be the sole CEO.
