Slowest week of the year: Luxe resi contracts plummet in Miami-Dade
Last week was the slowest this year, as buyers signed contracts for just four luxury properties in Miami-Dade County. A condo at Turnberry Ocean Club marked the priciest deal signed between July 14 and July 20, according to the latest Eklund-Gomes report, which tracks listings of homes and condos asking $4 million and up in Miami-Dade that are included in the Multiple Listing Service.
