Sergio Pino’s mistress sues to block his daughter from getting cut of $72M multifamily sale
The fight over chunks of late Miami developer Sergio Pino’s fortune now involves the profits from the $71.5 million sale of an apartment complex last year. Pino’s longtime mistress Nancy Pastor last week sought to block Jacqueline Pino Wechsler, Pino’s daughter from his first marriage, from getting a cut of the $71.5 million deal. In a March 25 complaint filed in Miami-Dade Circuit Court, Century Gables View Multifamily is suing Century Marketplace and Philip Schecter, curator of Pino’s estate, over a profit sharing agreement tied to 850 Living, a 230-unit project at 811 Northwest 43rd Avenue.
