Sedano’s heiress sells Pinecrest estate for $14M amid South Florida luxury boom
An heiress to the Sedano’s Supermarkets fortune sold her Pinecrest estate for $13.4 million, The Real Deal has learned. Magaly Santana and Ernesto Santana sold the 11,500-square-foot mansion at 10101 Southwest 60th Court. Magaly’s late father, Manuel Agustin Herrán, founded the company that now owns more than 30 Hispanic grocery stores in Florida. Ernesto Santana previously owned El Sembrador, the importer and distributor of frozen foods and agricultural products. It’s now owned by Oliva International.
