Ronto, partners launch Nora House condos in West Palm Beach
Anthony Solomon’s Ronto Group is launching sales for Nora House, a planned condo project in West Palm Beach’s Nora District. Ronto is partnering with the Nora District’s developers, NDT Development, Place Projects and Wheelock Street Capital, on the planned 11-story, 117-unit complex slated for 1105 North Dixie Highway, according to a news release. The ground floor will also include 18,900 square feet of commercial space, the release shows. Prices range between $2 million and $6.5 million, Solomon confirmed.
