The owner of Quirch Foods inked a buyer for his waterfront Coral Gables mansion that’s on the market for $47 million, topping last week’s signed contracts report in Miami-Dade County. The pending deal is one of 17 luxury home contracts signed countywide between April 6 and April 12, according to the latest Eklund-Gomes report.
