Portman secures approval for Pompano Beach mixed-use apartment project
Atlanta-based developer Portman got the green light for a mixed-use apartment project in Pompano Beach, which has emerged as a hotbed of development in Broward County. The Pompano Beach Planning & Zoning Board approved the eight-story project slated for 2400 East Atlantic Boulevard last week. The project will include 397 apartments and 10,600 square feet of retail and restaurant space, according to a press release. The building’s amenities will include a pool and fitness center.
