Pollster Mark Penn dropped $17.5 million on a waterfront Miami Beach mansion, a $5 million discount from its last listing price. Penn and his wife, Nancy Jacobson, bought the house at 5785 Pine Tree Drive from Pinetree Holding Corporation, managed by Mohammad Eleyyan of Staten Island, according to public records. Andrew Katz with Howard Chase Real Estate represented the buyers, and Albert Justo and Mirce Curkoski with One Sotheby’s International Realty had the listing.
