Related Group, Dezer Development and BH Group filed plans for their oceanfront condo tower in Sunny Isles Beach, months after acquiring the older condo complex that occupies the property. The partnership completed a $131.8 million buyout of the 108-unit Miami Beach Club at 19051 Collins Avenue last summer, with plans for a luxury condo tower.
