A lavish Pinecrest mansion owned by a former financial portfolio manager who pleaded guilty to securities fraud and related charges is in contract to sell to a new owner. The pending sale is one of 15 contracts signed between Sept. 1 and Sept. 7, according to the latest Eklund-Gomes report, which tracks listings of homes and condos asking $4 million and up in Miami-Dade County that are included in the Multiple Listing Service.
