Pending sales of Seminole Landing mansion, Panther National home top Palm Beach signed contracts
A mansion in North Palm Beach’s gated Seminole Landing community topped luxury contracts in Palm Beach County last week. Buyers signed 11 contracts between Oct. 13 and Oct. 19 for luxury properties in Palm Beach County, according to a report from Douglas Elliman’s Eklund-Gomes team. The homes that went pending last week total $67.4 million in asking dollar volume and averaged 119 days on the market. The previous week, buyers signed 10 contracts totaling $47.6 million in asking dollar volume.
