Palm Beach lots asking $36M top luxury contracts amid busy season
A pair of Palm Beach parcels asking a combined $36.1 million topped luxury contracts last week. Buyers signed 33 contracts between March 16 and March 22 for luxury properties in Palm Beach County, according to Douglas Elliman’s Eklund-Gomes team. The homes that went pending last week total $238.2 million in asking dollar volume and averaged 117 days on the market. The previous week, buyers signed 21 contracts totaling $255.4 million.
