Palm Beach County luxury contracts mushroom into February
Two Palm Beach homes topped Palm Beach County luxury contracts as the island’s busy season picks up. Buyers signed 37 contracts between Jan. 26 and Feb. 1 for luxury properties in Palm Beach County, according to Douglas Elliman’s Eklund-Gomes team. The homes that went pending last week total $273.5 million in asking dollar volume and averaged 84 days on the market. The previous week, buyers signed 21 contracts totaling $132.5 million.
