PMG launches sales for next phase of Brickell condos with office suites
PMG is launching sales for its planned One Twenty Brickell Signature Residences, a mixed-use condo tower that includes deeded office suites with each unit. The planned 40-story tower will have 467 furnished units, and follows the sellout of PMG’s first One Twenty Brickell Residences at 120 Southwest Eighth Street, according to a news release. PMG, which is based in Miami and led by Ryan Shear, Dan Kaplan and Kevin Maloney, secured a $413 million construction loan for the two-tower project in April of last year.
