One Sotheby’s expands to the Northeast with New Jersey acquisition
One Sotheby’s International Realty is expanding to the Northeast with an acquisition in New Jersey. The Coconut Grove-based brokerage led by Daniel and Mayi de la Vega is bringing in Callaway Henderson Sotheby’s International Realty along with its 135 agents, according to a press release. Callaway Henderson closed nearly $800 million in sales in 2025, the release shows. It ranks as the top firm in Mercer County and is active in Somerset, Hunterdon and Middlesex counties and Bucks County, Pennsylvania, as well. John T.
