Off Road Capital’s David Cohen sells Surf Club condo for $18M
Private equity boss David Cohen sold his condo at Four Seasons Residences at the Surf Club for $17.8 million, marking the highest price per square foot sale in Surfside this year. Records show Cohen sold unit N-719 at 9111 Collins Avenue for $5,265 per square foot to Michigan Miami Land Trust, with Melissa Cramer-Melnick as trustee. The true buyer is unknown.
