OKO plans 53-story tower at epicenter of Miami condo boom
Billionaire Vlad Doronin’s OKO Group is planning a 53-story waterfront condo project in Miami’s Edgewater, adjacent to the Missoni Baia tower it completed in 2024. OKO’s planned Lilli condos are slated for the half-acre site at 717 Northeast 27th Street, according to Florida YIMBY. The Adrian Smith + Gordon Gill Architecture-designed project is set to have 117 units. The units in Lilli will include floor plans starting from one-bedrooms and ranging up to penthouses of about 7,000 square feet with five bedrooms, according to the outlet.
