New York real estate developer Richard Cohen is moving his primary residence to South Florida after purchasing a $20.5 million condo at the Four Seasons Residences at the Surf Club. Cohen’s move is part of the “seismic” migration of wealth to South Florida, according to Mansfield, Bronstein & Stone, the law firm that represented him in the purchase. He acquired unit 207 in the south tower at the oceanfront luxury condo and hotel development, at 9001 Collins Avenue.
