Marlon Gomez loses Miami River site at courthouse auction
Two entities tied to Marlon Gomez lost a distressed Miami River development site at a courthouse auction, marking the second time in six months that the Miami developer was forced to give up land. An affiliate of the Fiorentino Family Office bought the 1.8-acre assemblage at 1515, 1529 and 1543 Northwest South River Drive with a $15,600 winning bid last week, Miami-Dade County Circuit Court records show.
